Guarantee
Our coral is guaranteed to arrive alive, and stay alive for one week.
The following conditions apply:- The coral must be received upon the first delivery attempt by UPS
- Please accept delivery even if the shipping container is damaged, leaking or in a less than expected condition, and upon notifying Coral Universe you will receive store credit.
- Coral must be housed in a stable and properly cycled tank. If unsure of your tank's condition feel free to call us and ask. We will be happy to answer any questions and provide appropriate advice.
- Color shifts are a natural occurence governed by different tanks' lighting and temperature and do not constitute a credit however if coral is confirmed no longer alive within the guarantee period and all other conditions are met, a credit will be granted.
- You must notify us of any loss within 24 hours by e-mail. Include a photo of the coral for our evaluation. Please do not throw away the product without our confirmation.
Since our lighting specifications may differ from yours, your purchased coral may look different when placed in your tank. Our corals are photographed under 15K MH lighting.
